A safe space for you to be you
LALIDA THERAPY
Where you matter.
I know that the struggle you're experiencing right now isn't for lack of trying.
You've likely tried so many ways to overcome it, to cope with it, and to make it more manageable.
Maybe you're wondering why it hasn’t worked, or why it doesn’t feel the way you expected.

QUALIFIED COUNSELLOR AND PSYCHOTHERAPIST
ABOUT ME
I'm an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, a registered member of BACP (MBACP). I offer counselling and psychotherapy through online, and phone sessions.
I work with both short- and long-term clients, from ages 18 to 70, helping with a wide range of issues, including relationship difficulties, trauma, domestic violence, sexual abuse, childhood trauma, childhood sexual abuse, rape, anxiety, depression, panic attack, OCD, eating disorders, bereavement, self-harm, work-related stress, and low self-esteem.
And here is how we can work together…
I can help you understand why you are the way you are, and why you’re dealing with things the way you do. Healing isn’t just about fixing what's broken—it’s about learning to see yourself as a whole person, even with the parts that feel wounded.
We’ll uncover the inner strength that’s been there all along, that is already within you, even if they feel hidden right now, and use it to not just cope, but to truly heal.
I provide a safe, understanding space where you can be yourself—like stepping into a room where no one is watching, where there are no judgmental eyes, no critical voices. Just a space where you can breathe, explore, and grow without the weight of expectation. In this space, we’ll work to build on your strengths, not to “fix” you, but to guide you toward becoming the fullest, truest version of yourself.
